Professional Relocation Services
Move crew members are cross-trained in the packing, moving and delivery processes, are professionally dressed in uniforms, and will be courteous and respectful of you, your home, and your belongings. At household locations, crew members will cover your floors and staircases, and pad wrap door jams and stair banisters as needed, to protect both your residence and your belongings. They will disassemble traditional furniture for the move and reassemble those same pieces at your new residence. Crew members will carefully wrap your furniture in shrink wrap and/or pad wrap, and use specialized moving equipment to load and secure your belongings inside our moving van for safe transportation. At destination, crew members will unload your belongings safely inside of your new residence, placing your furniture and boxes in the rooms of your choice.

Estimates and Actual Costs
Non-binding intrastate estimates are prepared for Premier customers through no cost on-site or virtual surveys. The actual cost for each move is calculated after: 1) all special provisions have been provided; 2) the distance traveled by the moving company between the origin and destination locations has been determined; and 3) the actual weight of goods has been established. To obtain an actual weight of household goods, moving vans are weighed on a certified truck scale just prior to loading a shipment and, again, just after loading a shipment. The difference in weight is the number used to calculate this portion of the transportation charge. Customers have the right to be present during the weighing process, and should contact your relocation specialist prior to load date to obtain the location of the truck scale. Once you have registered your move date with Premier, be sure to let your estimator know in advance if anything changes that could affect the cost or the timing of your move.
