“Personal Information” is a particular subsection of Information that may includes your name, street and email address, phone number, and anything that may identify you as a natural person. It may also include financial information, such as credit card or other bank account data that we obtain from you when you are purchasing our moving and storage Services.

We provide relocation services and/or other related services (“Relocation Services”), both under our own brand/authority and on behalf of Mayflower Transit. Specifically, we an independently owned local moving company that operates, sells and provides a variety of our own Relocation Services or related services, typically locally and/or intrastate, that are outside of our relationship with Mayflower Transit and have absolutely nothing to do with Mayflower Transit’s Relocation Services or other services. We also represent Mayflower Transit and sell/provide Mayflower Transit’s (typically interstate) Relocation Services; while we are legally acting on Mayflower Transit’s behalf, we are called an “Agent” of Mayflower Transit. For information we send to and/or receive from Mayflower Transit and/or its related companies in relation to Mayflower Transit’s Relocation Services/business, the terms of Mayflower Transit’s Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy shall apply.
